Overview and Gameplay
Humanity faces the end of a 4,000-year cycle, and three separate parties move through the final days before destruction. Treasure of the Rudras is the English fan-translated title for Square’s Japan-only Super Famicom RPG Rudra no Hihou.
The game follows parallel scenarios for Sion, Riza, and Surlent before opening a final chapter. Battles are turn-based, with front and back rows, elemental equipment, items, defense, escape, and a distinctive Mantra system where players create magic by entering words.
