Overview and Gameplay
Magical Chinese tiles have thrown fate out of balance, and each board is solved by restoring symmetry through matching pairs. Tiles of Fate is an unlicensed NES puzzle game built around Shisen-Sho style rules rather than stacked mahjong.
The player moves a cursor across a flat tile layout, selects two matching tiles, and removes them only when a clear path can connect them with no more than two right-angle turns. The goal is to clear each board before the time line expires. Progression is arranged across seven levels with three boards each, and later stages add denser layouts and brick obstacles.
