Overview and Gameplay
Fantasy characters duel through falling stones instead of swords. Dossun! Ganseki Battle is a competitive Super Famicom puzzle game where matching symbols attacks, heals, or builds pressure against the opponent.
Blocks fall in vertical groups, and clearing three or more matching symbols can trigger daggers, dragons, spells, healing, or health boosts. The goal is to drain the opponent’s life bar or make their field overflow, not to chase a high score.
Controls And Mechanics
- Falling blocks can be moved sideways, dropped faster, and rotated before they land.
- Each battle uses a fixed block sequence, so planning matters once patterns repeat.
- Special attacks are tied to the chosen character and can be activated during a match.
- Two-player mode is versus play, with each player fighting on a separate field.
