Overview and Gameplay
Prince Bo falls from a vanished rainbow after his umbrella loses its seven colors. Hamtaro and the Ham-Hams travel from the Clubhouse into color-themed areas, recruit companions, and recover materials that restore each part of the rainbow.
Progress depends on exploring paths, speaking with local hamsters, examining objects, and completing Ham Actions. The group can grow to eight members, and some obstacles require a particular hamster or enough helpers to lift, carry, pull, or operate an object. More than 100 short challenges cover timing, memory, aiming, racing, rhythm, and environmental puzzles.
Controls And Mechanics
The directional pad moves the group and menu cursor. A confirms choices, talks, and performs the action shown near an object. L and R cycle through eligible Ham-Hams before character-specific tasks. Individual Ham Actions display their own button instructions and may use directional input, A, B, L, or R.
Sunflower seeds and sticker cards are collected while exploring and completing challenges. Activities use their own targets, scores, time limits, or mistake conditions. Collected stickers can be arranged on sheets, and two linked systems can exchange sticker-card data.
