Overview and Gameplay
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow follows Third Echelon operative Sam Fisher as he works to stop Suhadi Sadono and the smallpox-based Pandora Tomorrow plan. The Game Boy Advance campaign presents nine principal side-scrolling missions set in embassies, transit systems, warehouses, shipyards, and other guarded facilities. Sam completes intelligence, sabotage, infiltration, and extraction objectives while new missions open through the save-file mission selector.
Controls And Mechanics
Sam walks, runs, crouches, climbs, hangs from pipes, rappels, wall-sneaks, and moves through shadowed areas to avoid guards and surveillance. He can strike enemies, grab or interrogate them, drag bodies, and use the SC pistol, SC-20K rifle, flashbangs, sticky camera, radar, night vision, and thermal vision. Security cards, ammunition, and first-aid kits support mission progress.
Computers, safes, locks, and automated turrets use short button, circuit, code, or wire-cutting puzzles. Alarms can bring reinforcements or end stricter missions, while prohibited kills may also cause failure. Results record completion time, bullets used, alarms triggered, enemies knocked out, and enemies killed.
Version Notes
This North American cartridge includes English, French, and Spanish. The handheld edition restructures Pandora Tomorrow as 2D stealth action with platform traversal and compact security puzzles. GameCube connectivity can unlock eight additional GBA missions.
