Overview and Gameplay

Race across five side-scrolling motocross tracks while clearing ramps, mud patches, barriers, and rival riders. Selection A is a solo time trial, while Selection B adds computer-controlled opponents. Finishing third or better in a preliminary race unlocks its championship event, and another top-three result advances to the next track.

Design Mode lets you arrange up to 19 obstacle types, choose the lap count, save the course, and race it alone or against computer riders.

Controls And Mechanics

The directional pad changes lanes and adjusts the motorcycle’s angle during jumps. A accelerates, while B activates a faster turbo that raises the TEMP meter. An overheated engine stalls briefly, and marked cool zones lower its temperature.

Tilting the motorcycle to match the landing surface preserves speed. Collisions, mud, track edges, and uneven landings slow the rider or cause a crash. Results track elapsed time, lap time, best time, target time, and finishing position.

Version Notes

This Game Boy Advance edition adds persistent storage for best times and custom tracks. Its system menu also provides reset, save, and Sleep Mode functions.
